CRC Cable Clean degreaser utilizes new technology that combines the power of a high performance, high voltage splice and termination cleaner with an industrial strength cleaner/degreaser. Since it is not subject to the reporting requirements of RCRA or California proposition 65, it also provides the safety that modern regulations demand. Degreaser is non-chlorinated, non-conductive, non-corrosive, non-staining and has no flash or fire point. It quickly removes grease, oil, wax, dirt, silicone lubricants and other contaminants from electrical machinery and the semi-conductive jackets and insulations of high voltage cables. It helps prevent current leakage, excessive resistance, reduced performance and arcing at splice and termination junctions and in electrical motors and equipment. For cable cleaning: recommended for the removal of dirt, adhesives, silicones, anti-oxidation compounds and other contaminants from the semi-conductive cores of high voltage cables when splicing and terminating cables. For degreasing: recommended for the effective removal of grease, oil, corrosion and sludge from air tools, mechanical brakes, clutches, chains, wire ropes, motors, dies, molds, parts, bearings, generators and compressors.
