- Material : Made from 16-gauge steel rings with a zinc surface finish. Each ring measures approx. 10 mm in diameter and is assembled in a traditional butted chainmail pattern.
- Traditional Coif Hood Design: Chainmail hood that covers the head, neck, and upper shoulders, commonly worn with helmets or padded caps in medieval-themed reenactment and costume settings.
- Zinc Surface Finish: Zinc-coated steel provides added resistance to surface corrosion and creates a bright metallic look with the weight of steel mail. The finish helps reduce oiling maintenance compared to untreated steel chainmail, therefore no oiling needed.
- Size & Fit: Designed to fit head circumferences approx. 55-65 cm (21.5-25.5 in). Flexible ring construction allows the coif to adapt to different head shapes.
