We recommend #20-22 Tapestry Needles with 4-6 strands of floss! Another reason that it is easy on your fingers is that you are stitching on paper! It's like stitching on fabric on a tight hoop! Needles are easy to go through, pressure is also a lot easier to control! If you have a heavy hand and use to run into uneven cross sizes, the Stitchables may help you! 4. Unlimited Color Choices! Or only limited to what cardstock you have! I recommend 80lb cardstock - heavier cardstock might not cut well due to the intricate cutlines and lighter cardstock might not be strong enough to hold up to the tear and wear during stitching.
